It's been a while since our last news update and we just don't like that.
We've been so busy with working on improving the websites, adding new features and enhanced search and load times (something that you should be seeing in the coming months), expanding our manufacturers to bring in some new and impressive component and frame lines (something you should be seeing now), and getting our teams ready for the season, that we haven't been paying nearly enough attention to keeping you guys updated on what's going on in the industry and here at the shop.
But hey, good things come to those that wait. And we've got some good things coming.
Over the last weekend, we expanded our shipping area again so we can keep up with a growing customer base. Take a look at what we're working with:
The frustrating/amazing thing is we may have to expand again in the next couple weeks. We'll be posting another shot of the bins filled later this week when our graphic guy has a chance to snap some shots. The RT Group has got nobody to thank for that but you guys, the customers, and want to repay that favor by offering events and sales over this Spring and Summer. So keep your eyes open for news on RT sponsored bike events of all kinds.
I mentioned that we've been busy putting together our jerseys and team members for the '08-'09 season. We just got our riding gear from Troy Lee and I've gotta say, I'm happy with the results. We don't have the logos or anything listed on the jerseys yet, but you can check out our choices below. As you can see, Matty was a little camera shy about throwing his face on the internet.
If you live in the Northwest, keep a look out for this stylish ensemble and some huge RT logos. We can't wait to get these things dirty.
I suppose while I'm at it, I might as well take this space to introduce the newest RT Group team member, Keith Leeson. Keith is a taking up the reins of our old shipping guy, Alex as well as updating product on all of the RT sites. We're very pleased to add this long time friend and great employee to the RT ranks and all generally just blown away with the speed and quality of his work. He does product listings faster than anyone I've ever met. Plus, he looks like the Zigzag man. And you just can't criticize someone with facial hair like that.
Well, kiddies, that's all we've got for now. But stay tuned. We can't give any details yet, but if things go as planned, but there's going to be some amazing news coming soon for all of us.
