Paul Basagoitia
Paul Basagoitia burst onto the mountain bike scene at the 2004 Sea Otter Classic, throwing down tailwhips and flipwhips on a bike he was borrowing from Cam Zink.
"Hacksaw" Jim Severt
Hacksaw hails from Reno and is well-known for being an amazing all-around rider. Saw grew up in the Reno Hardcore Scene and has been on a bike since before a lot of you were born. On the Match Videozine #6 roadtrip, Hacksaw earned a reputation for being the first rider off the bus at every stop. Street, park, dirt and everything in between... Hacksaw shreds it all and does it with style.
"Peanut" Michael Severt
Peanut is the son of team rider "Hacksaw" Jim Severt and, as the crew at Ride-This has come to conclude, there is either a gene in the Severt family or something in the water in Reno that produces amazing riders. An up-and-coming rider who is already making his mark in the industry and grabbing his fair share of magazine and video exposure, Peanut is an all around good kid with some amazing skills, hell the kid lays out tables so flat you could eat a meal off of it. We've adopted him as Ride-This' permanent little brother.
Ross McMaster
Ross McMaster was a pro trials rider back in the late 90's and competed in the Trials Worlds in 2000 and 2001. Ross is back on top of his game and competing on the freeride scene now. A run full of backflips and 360's qualified him in the 12th place position in the 2006 Crankworx Slopestyle competition. His outstanding performance at Crankworx earned him an invite to Darren Berrecloth's Invitational, which he placed 8th in after hitch hiking his way there.
Matt McNutt
Matt McNutt is 22 years old and lives in Portland, OR. He rides downhill, park, street, and trails; he even owns and rides a fixed gear track bike. Matt is also an avid snowboarder. He has a german shepherd named Brooke and a wife named Noel. He asked me specifically to place them in that order. Matt is the President of Ride-This and chances are many of the people reading this page have talked to Matt on the phone or through e-mail.
