All information provided to Ride This, Inc. is secured by the very best SSL (secured socket layer) technology, providing protection to you and all your information provided during business transactions and activity on the Ride-This.com site. No credit card information is stored on our servers and when you place an order we have no access to you credit card number for your protection. For all payment and refund purposes, your CC number is processed and authorized securely through the credit card company and charged via the credit card company generated authorization number. No one from Ride This, Inc. will ask for your credit card information unless you are placing an order over the telephone or adding to an existing order. Ride This, Inc. stands behind all the products we sell. We have a no hassle return policy. You can return items for store credit or credit back to your card if the item or items are in new, unused and uninstalled condition with all original packaging intact. You have 14 business days (Mon-Fri) to return a part for credit back to your card. Any return made after this 14 day period will receive store credit only. Orders returned for credit back to card that were not the fault of Ride-This will be charged a 10% restock fee, unless otherwise arranged by Ride-This.com Management. You need to obtain an RA# before sending your return back to us. We will not process returns without an RA#. Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is our fault we will send a call tag or reimburse you for the package and exchange the part. Please call for a RA# during normal business hours. Sometimes packages do get damaged in transit. If your package is visibly damaged, tell the Delivery driver and either refuse the package or open it up and inspect it. If there is damage, please call us right away. Keep the damaged package and packing materials in the condition they were delivered so that the delivery company can inspect it themselves. Once there is a damage claim, the company will provide us with a claim number and we can work on getting a new order processed for you. We will work our hardest to ensure any damage claim is resolved as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to contact the delivery service and Ride This, Inc. and to file a claim.
Ride-This, Inc, does stand behind all the products we sell. If you feel you have a product that merits warranty please call us during business hours and we will help you take care of that. Manufacturers warranties vary greatly, so the process will not be the same for every product. Most manufacturers will have you send the product back to them, though some will have you send it to us. All orders are processed and shipped from our shop location in beautiful Milwaukie, Oregon, where we do our best to get every order out within 2 to 3 business days. If for any reason it will take longer than the listed 72 hours to ship your order, you will be contacted with an updated date of shipment. In order to match listed shipping costs, we may hold orders until all items can ship together and will try to inform you of any delays. Sometimes products listed on our site become temporarily or permanently unavailable, it's a problem that happens and canÕt be helped. If part of your order is not available, it will be split and the available products will ship out on schedule. If it is going to take longer than 2 weeks to ship the back-ordered product(s), you have the options of either a credit card refund and cancellation or waiting until the item(s) become available. We find this is the best policy for customer satisfaction.
What does "Available" mean for stock status?
This means that the product is available from our supplier or on the way from them and usually ships in 2 to 3 days. We will always notify you by e-mail letting you know when these items will ship.
What does "In Stock" mean?
It means that the product is in our shop and ready to ship. If your order comes in before 2:00pm PST it will ship out the same day.
What does "Out of Stock" and "Watchlist" mean?
This means a product is unavaiable from a supplier and we can't get it at the moment. you can add the item to your watch list and we will e-mail you when the product becomes available. All Watchlist items are on a first come first serve basis.
All orders are charged the day they ship out, however, an authorization is issued on your credit card for the cost of your order at the time it is processed so we know your card has the proper funds. All special order items (I.e. frames, custom wheel builds and custom build kits) get charged 50% of the total when the order is received and the other 50% is charged when your order is ready to ship. Some USA made frames take time if we donÕt have them in stock and we will always be honest about how long it will take to receive a special order item. Though we canÕt control certain factors in that process, we promise your patience will be worth the wait! Wheels generally take 3 to 5 days to ship out. We pride ourselves in building the best wheels, weÕve got wheelbuilders that have built thousands of wheels. Good things take time and wheels are very important, so please allow us the time to build you the very best wheels! We only ship to the USA, Canada and most countries in Europe. We can match most prices on products so give us a call and we will do our best to get you the best price possible. We canÕt price match everything, we want to stay in business so you have a great place to buy great bike parts!
Price is subject to change at any time. Sometimes prices are not current on our website and typos do happen. If you place an order for an item that is incorrectly priced, we will contact you. We are under no obligation to sell a product that is obviously priced incorrectly.
We use the manufacturer's claimed weights on products and there can be mistakes or changes to a product that lead to incorrect information on our site. If you feel your item is not as described, call us and you can return it for exchange or a credit back to your card for the full amount minus shipping.
Ride This, Inc. sells specialized bicycle parts and accessories that often require training and knowledge to install. If you donÕt know exactly how to install an item, we urge you to come to our shop so that we can install it for you for a charge. If you are not local, there is most likely a local, trained mechanic to do the job for you. Ride This, Inc. is not responsible for the improper use or installation of any product that we sell. Riding is a dangerous sport, so always wear a helmet and any other protective gear for the riding you are doing. Always remember the IMBA rules of the trail: 1) Ride on open trails only 2) Leave no trace 3) Control your bicycle! 4) Always yield trail 5) Never scare animals 6) Plan Ahead
